Video Impact offers a free single camera download that you can use to connect to any IP camera and view it directly on your Windows Mobile device. This allows you to view security cameras you have set up while you are mobile. It currently supports JPEG and MPEG streams and for supported security cameras you can even control the pan/tilt/zoom of the camera directly from your Windows Mobile phone.
• VLCRemote VLCRemote is a sourceforge project enabling a Remote control application for Windows Mobile devices that can control a VLC Media Player that can run on a different computer on a local network. It features several options for different skins that can be used.
• vtap vtap is a mobile site that provides vidos for your Windows Mobile device. It features a search engine and site custom designed for small screened devices. It works as a website or as a free J2ME download to let you search for and stream videos to your phone.
• WifiGetPod WifiGetPod is an open source project available from sourceforge that provides a free application for Windows Mobile 5 and above. WifiGetPod is essentially a podcatcher. It enables you to download podcasts via wifi without requiring you to sync your Windows Mobile PDA.
• Windows Live Streamer Windows Live Streamer is a free application for Windows Mobile 6 and above. It is designed to allow you to upload and publish videos to different systems including youtube and Silverlight directly from your Windows Mobile Phone. It supports multiple languages including English and Czech and many different video formats.
• WinVibe WinVibe is a free video player for the Pocket PC that plays MP3, OGG, WMA, ASF MP4, M4A, AAC and WAV formats.
• YomoMedia YomoMedia is a free RSS newsreader and podcast viewer that is available for Windows Phone 7. It lets you stream audio and video podcasts live or if you want you can store them to view later when you are offline. It has support available for Google Reader and allows you to post updates to both Twitter and Facebook. There is also a free version available for Windows Mobile 6.5 that no longer is supported but can be downloaded.
• YouTube Mobile YouTube Mobile is the homepage for YouTube's mobile applications. They have free software for Windows Mobile Devices that lets you view YouTube videos on your device.
